This person will be responsible for supporting a range of projects that include but are not limited to designing flexible work programs and program piloting, mentoring and career development initiatives and other projects as needed. Reports to Chief Diversity Officer.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES &lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Manage flexible work arrangement application process: &lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Review all US based flexible working arrangements (FWA) requests&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Support employees applying for FWAs &lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Discover creative ways to make FWA requests work. If declined, coach manager on conversation with employees&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Consult with divisional human resources on all FWA applications&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Coordinate issue resolution with specialist groups e.g. compensation benefits, employee relations, compliance, facilitates, etc.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Coordinate initiatives with Europe and Asia&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Monitor and Manage Flexible work arrangements:&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Design and deliver training for managers, human resources and employees on FWA&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Conduct surveys/focus groups on FWAs and liaise with HR on employee survey&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Design and provide management reporting on usage&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Design and Develop Mentoring initiatives:&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;Interface with external consultants to determine new ideas and determine appropriateness for internal Diversity and Inclusion initiatives &lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Partner with internal mobility resources to support career mobility of employees&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Manage annual diversity business planning processes with the business units&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Marketing Strategy:&lt;/p&gt;
